What is ISO 14001:2015 ?
ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard, designed to help you put in place an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). ISO 14001 specifies requirements for establishing an environmental policy, determining the environmental aspects and impacts, planning the environmental objectives and targets, implementation and operation of programs to meet them, checking, corrective action and management review.
Operating in an environmentally friendly manner is good for the planet, of course. Increasingly, though, it is also good for your competitiveness and profitability. Robust environmental credentials can help you win and keep business and are often a requirement when tendering. Clients, suppliers and employees are more likely to look on you favourably as an organisation that operates responsibly and ethically.
